Pricing is prepared after we inspect the garment, fabric, condition, and requested fit. This allows us to quote accurately for the work involved.

Yes. A deposit of 30 percent is required for redesign projects after the concept is approved, and the remaining balance is due on collection.

Turnaround is usually 10 to 20 business days for redesign work, depending on the garment and workshop capacity at the time of booking.

Supplementary materials are quoted separately when needed. We can review available thread, trims, and other items before work begins.
